About

Hi there. So glad to "meet" you here at Sleeve.

I hope you will follow, make comments, ask questions, drop a note...etc...in other words, communicate.

That's what this place is all about.

For you who don't know anything about my work, I am a songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist and music producer.

In the 0's I was the frontman in the Indie Pop band, "Envelope". We released two studio albums and toured a lot.

Later on, in the 10's, I was sigend as a solo artist to Warner Music Scandinavia and released the album, "Silent Songs About Things That Don't Happen". The album was primarily me and my friend, Tomas Høffding (Who Made Who), who produced the album, on all instruments.

Later on, I released the album, "Songwriter" and also the side project, "Sophisticated Sissies".

Recently, I have written mostly for film,TV and theatre, among many other things I wrote a lot of music for the Netflix show, “Love Is Blind”, which has been Netflix’s biggest success as of late.

Also wrote the title song for the LEGO show, “LEGO Elves”, out in 60+ countries. Now bought by Netflix.

Recently released the album, "Paperlicious (The Original Soundtrack)" which I wrote for the puppet play with that same name.

Also, recently, released my own little single, "Som en kage", which is an attempt to inspire myself - kick my own ass - to simply just enjoy life more.

AND, moreover, VERY soon, I am finishing up an album with my rather new duo project - Høyer/ Fonnesbæk - with the divinely talented, Danish bass player, Thomas Fonnesbæk.

I suspect I will tell y’all a good deal more about that as I am very happy with it so far.

I will be posting footage, background material, thoughts, mini workshops on studio work, songwriting, music related things….in general share psychological challenges and rewards that come with this strange business - and many other things, I hope...
If you have more other ideas please let me know.

Paying members will support the creation of more music plus the above for your eternal enjoyment 😸

Thank you,

Chris
